Hard seltzer-obsessed Yuppies are spreading on Twitter over a nationwide lack of White Claw.
Shops can't keep the burgeoning, low-calorie booze on the shelf because of sky-high demand, Business Insider reported Friday – and Millennial Errors and Gen Z drinkers are panicking.
The tag confirmed the lack of Twitter on Friday night when a concerned drinker tweeted: "I'm going to lose my god damned soul. Tell me you have someone working on this?!?! @WhiteClaw. "
White Claw tweeted back:" We have the best team in the industry working on this. ”
Another hard-seltzer drink noted similarities to Popeye's chicken sandwich shortage.
"If you" have a Popeye's chicken sandwich with a white claw this weekend, you have won the lottery, " he wrote .
White Claw told Business Insider in a statement," We work around the clock to increase supply given the rapid growth in consumer demand. "
" In the meantime, we have assigned product to our distributor partners to keep all markets in stock as best we can, and will continue to do so until we return to our normal security stock position, "they added.
