Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 30 points
gained 30.52 points, or 0.11%, to 27,462.63 on Tuesday. fell 0.12% to 3,074.67. increased 0.02% to 8,344.68 points. With three straight days of gains, Dow and the Nasdaq record renewed Tuesday.

Better Than Expected Financial Data
Helping lift the market a little on Tuesday was strong US service sector data. The non-producing ISM index came in at 54.7 for October, topping the Dow Jones analysts' estimate of 53.5. The readings provide a sign of relief after the meter dropped to a three-year low in September. The service sector, which accounts for more than two-thirds of US economic activity, has expanded for 117 months, according to ISM.
