"Thanks for getting this to our attention. Whataburger, cleanliness and food safety is top priority for us. In this case, we closed the restaurant for an abundance of caution and alerted pest control. The entire restaurant has since been cleaned and disinfected. If we continue to be very diligent, it is important to know that there was no history of this type of incident on this unit and that there is no ongoing problem. A member of our team would like to reach out and address any concerns. Can you share your contact information with us? "
