New year, new restart. Dr. Dolitte is back, but this time it's just "Dolittle."

In the latest filming, Dr. John Dolittle (Robert Downey Jr.) lives in solitude behind the high walls of his lush 19th-century mansion in England. His only camaraderie comes from a number of exotic animals he talks to daily. But when young Queen Victoria (Jessie Buckley) becomes seriously ill, the eccentric doctor and his furry friends embark on an epic adventure to a mythical island to find the cure.

Actors Antonio Banderas, Michael Sheen, Harry Collett, Jim Broadbent also star in the film in addition to Selena Gomez, Octavia Spencer, Emma Thompson, Rami Malek, John Cena, Kumail Nanjiani, Tom Holland, Craig Robinson and Ralph Fiennes who give voices to some of Dr. Dolittle's animal friends.
