WASHINGTON (Reuters) – US Department of Justice revealed two charges on Monday against Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. in China [HWT.UL] several of the subsidiaries and its finance director Meng Wanzhou, in a couple of cases accusing the company of everything from bank and wire fraud to prevent justice and conspire to steal trade secrets from the T Mobile US Inc.
The responsibility puts pressure on Huawei, the world's largest telecommunications equipment maker, from the US government, trying to prevent US companies buying Huawei routers and switching and pushing allies to do the same.
