Tyson Foods issues panko chicken nugget recall

WASHINGTON (KCRG) – Tyson Foods, Inc. recalls around 36,420 pounds of frozen chicken meat products, announced the US Department of Agriculture on Tuesday.

The product is five pound packs of Tyson White Meat Panko Chicken Nuggets, with a best if Used After date November 26, 2019. It was shipped to dealers nationwide.

The product was sourced from complaints of foreign material in the chicken nuggets, especially rubber contaminants. Consumers who have purchased these products are encouraged not to consume them. These products must be disposed of or returned to the place of purchase.
