Jack Dorsey must have missed "all in moderation" memo
. Twitter and Square CEO recently opened Ben Greenfield's Fitness: Diet, Fat Loss and Performance podcast on how he does everything and reveals it comes down to his extremely limited diet. It is so limited that Dorsey hardly uses any food at all.
Dorsey, 42, explained that he only eats one meal each day at noon between 6:30 pm. and 9 pm Experts usually recommended three fixed meals per day or six smaller meals during the day. Dorsey's dishes usually consist of a protein (chicken, beef or fish) with vegetables (salad, spinach, asparagus or brussels sprouts).

Dorsey's extreme lifestyle doesn't stop at food; He also uses a hydrotherapy routine that involves sitting in a sauna for 15 minutes at 220 degrees before jumping into a 37 degree ice bath for three minutes. He does this cycle three times in a row.
"Nothing has given me more mental confidence than being able to go straight from room temperature into cold," Dorsey said of her eye opening routine. "Especially in the morning it goes into an ice-cold bath from just being hot in bed – it just smells this thing in my mind, and I feel as though I can want to make myself the thing that seems so small, but so painful much, can I do almost anything. "
