WASHINGTON (Reuters) – US President Donald Trump said on Friday that he wanted Apple Inc ( AAPL.O ) to build its facilities in the United States and expects the technology company to announce it will build one in Texas.
Trump made the comment to reporters at the White House just hours after he said in a Twitter post that his administration would not grant Apple any duty-free for Chinese-made parts for the Mac Pro computer. "Make them in the US, no tariffs!" He tweeted.
