Toyota has several bad news for vehicle owners

Problems began to mount
On April 13, Toyota issued a recall of 460,000 cars consisting of 10 models, including some hybrids, but not the bZ4x, to repair a software problem involving the vehicle stability control system, according to a statement.
On the same day, the Japanese carmaker announced a new safety recall regarding 4,000 2022 Lexus NX cars to repair front shock absorbers mounted on body panels that may be missing some spot welds, a statement said. Improper welding can eventually cause the shock absorber to separate from the mounting area, resulting in loss of driving stability and increasing the risk of crashes.

Earlier this year, on February 24, Toyota issued a recall of 37,000 of its 2021 C-HR vehicles for a radar sensor used by the Pre-Collision System that may not have been initialized correctly. In this case, the system will be out of order without a warning indicator for the driver and may increase the risk of crashes in certain driving situations.
And on January 26, Toyota announced a recall of 42,000 2021 Venza hybrid cars that do not meet the requirements, as rear light bulbs can be temporarily dimmed or deactivated when exposed to heavy rain or car wash. The condition may not meet federal safety standards and may result in drivers not knowing that their turn signal or hazard warning lights were activated, leading to a risk of crashes.
However, it was not long after the bZ4x was rolled out that the wheels almost started to fall off Toyota’s first EV. Seriously. On June 23, the company issued a safety recall of the bZ4x, which after low mileage, all the hub bolts on wheels can loosen to a point where the wheels can loosen from the vehicle. Loosening one or more wheels can lead to loss of control of the vehicle and increased risk of collision. The recall affects 260 vehicles, a statement said.

The latest problem affects 46,000 vehicles
The most recent recall of vehicle safety occurred the day after June 24 and involved 46,000 2022 Tundra vehicles, including HEV, in the United States. The vehicles have certain nuts on the rear axle that can loosen over time, and in some cases fall off, potentially causing a subassembly on the axle axle to separate from the axle.
