These cities are expected to see the largest real estate growth in 2023

Like 2021, most experts have suggested that this year has largely been a seller’s marketbut what is in store for 2023?

The financial research team at Realtor.com have made some predictions, including what they expect the property markets experiencing the greatest growth in 2023. Here’s what you should know.

Predictions for the housing markets positioned for the most growth in 2023

With mortgage rates skyrocketing in recent months, many potential buyers have made up their minds wait to buy homes— even though the price of the property itself fell.
