Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes is seeking a new trial, citing fresh evidence

Mrs. Holmes said in a filing Tuesday that Adam Rosendorffa former Theranos laboratory executive who testified for five days in her criminal fraud trial showed up unannounced at her home on August 8. During the visit, Dr. Rosendorff spoke to Ms. Holmes’ partner and said the government had distorted his testimony. that Theranos “worked so hard to do something good and meaningful,”[ads1]; and that he felt guilty “to the point where he had trouble sleeping,” according to the court document.
