Holmes appeared in the San Jose courtroom on Wednesday.

She and former Therano's president Ramesh Balwani face several scams and conspiracy charges arising from allegations they are engaging in a multimillion-dollar deception scheme investors, doctors and patients.
Both defendants do not claim to be guilty and say that the FDA and FBI documents will disprove these costs.

the FDA has 75 days to provide these documents.
Holmes can face 20 years in prison and a $ 250,000 fine for each count of fraud and for each conspiracy count if she is convicted.
