The Ford Mustang Mach-E from 2021 still looks good in this new leaked image
Printouts always make a car look prettier than it actually is. They are taken from all the optimal angles, with just the right lighting, and they probably come through a lot of finishing. So, if you want to know what 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E looks like in real life, check out this not-so-glamorously leaked image .
On Thursday, Jalopnik published official Ford press images of the Ford Mustang Mach-E of 2021 . The car looks pretty, with the wheels always turned at just the right angle and the light that shines ever so subtly on the car's glass and metal.
But what I want to see is what the car looks like in photos not taken and edited by a professional, and that's why this photo posted on Ford Mach E Club forum is so enlightening. The car just sits in what looks like a studio, with a white background and not much else to talk about. The wheels are turned straight, and the overall photo quality looks good at best.
I don't know anything about the car in the picture. I also don't know much about the picture – who took it, when they took it or where they took it – but The Breaking News Team at VerticalScope, Inc., which owns the Mach E Club forum, notified Jalopnik of its existence. We will continue to try to find out the origin of the image and will update this post if we do.
Even in the unspectacular image, the Mach-E looks pretty good, especially for a crossover. The hood and roofline look aggressive, and the front end gives off some Mustang vibes while maintaining a distinct look.
It seems Ford did a great job with the design. Expect to see a lot more non-press photos tomorrow when the car debuts.
