The disease wave associated with raw oysters from Mexico spreads outside Southern California

The disease control and prevention centers are investigating the outbreak, which has been linked to raw oysters harvested from the El Cardon estuary in Baja California Sur. At least four people outside of California have been ill after eating oysters – one in Illinois, New Hampshire, Nevada and the Alaska organization said Friday.
