Tesla investigated Elon Musk after he eventually pushed a former employee
The incident in question occurred when an older employee returned to the company's Fremont delivery facility the day after he left his departure to link loose ends and say goodbye to colleagues under Bloomberg.
According to witnesses who called for anonymity from Bloomberg for fear of retaliation, Musk shouted and told the employee to leave. A witness noted that Musk told the person, "I will deny you," if they hurt Tesla. So, according to reports, Musk physically blocked the person when they moved to grab the backpack.
During the incident Musk physically affected employee according to witnesses and staff. The arrangement is described as a print of someone and a light touch or touch of others. Regardless of how much power the CEO used, it led to an investigation of the company's board.
The board told Bloomberg that after talking to several witnesses, he decided that it was not "physical disturbance". "But there was no word on how the board responded to cries and curses.
This has not been a good week for the CEO with regard to his behavior.
Tesla CEO is currently engaged with the SEC over his tweets and earlier this week told a district judge both parties to "take a deep breath, set your reasonably on pants and work this out. "
