Target, Walmart that offers recycled car seat deals

(CNN) – September is National Baby Safety Month and Target and Walmart are offering deals to encourage people to recycle old car seats.

Walmart stores offering attendees offer a $ 30 Walmart gift card if you bring your child's adult car seat.

The promotion runs September 16-30.
