Target's military discount returns before Veterans Day.
For the third consecutive year, the Minneapolis-based retailer will offer a special 10% discount on one purchase between November 3-11 to all military personnel, veterans and their families in stores and online.

"At Target, our team aims for one simple purpose: to help all families discover the joy of everyday life, which is why we are dedicated to honoring veterans and their families this week and all year," Target said in a blog post announcing the discount.
How to register
Target works with third-party verification service SheerID, which collects information to help verify eligibility, according to Target. Further information or documentation may be requested.
Sign up for the coupon at Target.com/military. Once on the landing page of the SheerID website, select your military status and service along with your name, date of birth and email address.

According to the frequently asked questions, qualified family members including spouse or dependents choose "Registered Dependent" under status.
The discount excludes alcohol, milk milk and selected items, including electronics and video games. systems, specific toys like Barbie Dreamhouse, Disney Frozen Castle, Elf on the Shelf, Elvie, brands like Fitbit, Google, HP and gift cards.
