On the same day, Conagra Brands (NYSE: CAG) leadership will present value-added opportunities information upon completion of the food giant's acquisition of Pinnacle Foods (NYSE: PF) – including an innovation slate update, cost synergy opportunity, and long-term financial algorithm.
M&A Times: Newmont Mining (NYSE: NEM) holds a special shareholder meeting on April 11 to vote for proposals related to the ongoing merger with Goldcorp. Shareholders of Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) and Celgene (NASDAQ: CELG) vote on the planned $ 74 merger. April 12.
