Still no incoming Muni service, outgoing service operating on inbound track to Van Ness
Muni is halfway up and running for tonight's rush hour after tomorrow's burnout, and runs outbound trains only through downtown, on incoming tracks. This means that anyone trying to get to the Giants game from the city's outer neighborhoods should seek transportation elsewhere.
Incoming Muni trains stop at the church because it apparently remains a power outage between Powell and the Civic Center stations on outbound tracks. 19659002] BART honors all Muni awards tonight until 11:00. 18.00 between Balboa Park and Embarcadero stations. If you are near a BART station and are trying to get to the city center, Muni recommends using BART.
