Spectrum Cable Fails Customers Like Super Bowl Gets Underway

Spectrum customers in several states reported cable break Sunday, just as the Super Bowl LIII was initiated.

Frustrated customers took to Twitter in the chains to complain that they lost the cable service, and in some cases their high-speed internet service was also down.

"Watching TV and random spectrum cable has a mistake. I don't see the Super Bowl or anything so not so much, but I bet that lots of other people are p-ssed," a person in Austin, Texas tweeted.

Another person in Manhattan Beach, California, urged the company to deal with the problem before the game turned off.

"@ Ask_Spectrum cable break in Manhattan Beach, Ca. Please help before the Super Bowl starts!" The cable customer tweeted.

Someone else in Los Angeles suggested it might be time to sue the cable owner, and writes, "Hey others @ ask_spectrum users do you think a lawsuit is in order? How many of these outbreaks do we have to set up?"

Another customer in San Diego said they had not had cable or internet service since Saturday.

"@ Ask_Spectrum 19 + hours service interruption in my San Diego 92109 service area. Super Bowl kickoff for 25 minutes. What should I say to my guests?" The customer tweeted.

Someone else in Ashville, North Carolina also said their cable service was out and wrote: No CBS during the Super Bowl ?? What a time for an outbreak in Asheville, NC … "

At 6:36 ET, the cable company had not responded to the complaints on Twitter, despite being tagged by many customers. [19659018] (feature (d, s, id) {
