SiriusXM debuts new streaming only plan
Satellite radio company SiriusXM has given users the option to stream radio online or via its app in addition to broadcasting radio in cars and home players for a while, and now it's introducing a new service just for streaming users. The new "Essential" streaming-only package is $ 1 / month for the first three months and $ 8 / month afterwards through a special promotion, and includes all 300+ SiriusXM channels. Streaming subscribers will be able to access the service via the web player, mobile app, smart TVs, Sonos speakers, and more.
“The strength of SiriusXM's programming is evident in the tens of millions of people who subscribe and list in their cars year after year. We have now created the Essential subscription as an appealing option for many people, especially younger consumers, who don't have to spend a lot of time in their car, ”Matt Epstein, VP of Marketing for SiriusXM Outside the Car, says
All Sirius subscribers can list to BrooklynVegan Blog Radio, which airs every Monday night from 1[ads1]0 PM – Midnight on SiriusXMU (Ch. 35), and on-demand via the SiriusXM app.
