Note 10 Turns on the power

Samsung is set to take the lead in "fast charging "smartphone challenge – which turns out to be one of the major talk points in 2019 – with Not 10 sporting not only a bigger battery but a much faster charger, like Forbes Gordon Kelly revealed this week :

Collaborates with Samsung sf the supply chain, my source was able to confirm leaks that the Galaxy Note 10 launched with dramatically faster charging as "a clear". How much faster? Potentially as much as 50 watts while the Galaxy S10 is charged only 15W – it's a real radical upgrade. Furthermore, it seems that a "4500MAH battery is also a trip in either Pro and / or 5G Pro" – this is a solid 500 mAh step up from Galaxy Note 9.

Samsung's secret weapon can be the Galaxy A80

However, Samsung's real innovation will be found in Note 10 or S11, or will the real hope be made in the mi series of Galaxy A phones? Gordon Kelly suggests this is where we should see :

The smart money is at something Ice Universe even said last week: "Note10 is the optimization and perfection of the Galaxy S10 and Note9. Samsung's positioning for Note is "stable and mature," and the positioning of Galaxy A is "radical innovation."

This would make sense because, to me, Samsung's most eye-catching smartphone is now, bezel-free, choppy, camera flashing the Galaxy A80. And if I am right, it means that Samsung has a model that fits this, which is pretty good when the A80 design is already shaming the Galaxy S10.

Google Pixel 3a Review

How good is Google's mid-sized version of Pixel 3? The answer is "very good" as Gordon Kelly found out in his review of the new Mountain View handset :

For $ 500 you can buy a good performance smartphone (Pocophone F1), a nice design (Xiaomi Mi 9) or good battery life (Moto G7 Power). But you can't buy one with a great camera. Until now. With Pixel 3a, Google has changed everything we thought we knew about midrangers. It's a $ 400 smartphone with a camera that's superior to any iPhone. Yes, it's wrong, but read on to know why Google has rewritten the rules for what we can expect with a budget of less than $ 500.
