Eyewitness News has learned the restaurant and the 30 acres it was sold to Jenna Huber Clem and her husband.

She says she wants to keep the property in her family.

Three other buyers are Huber's family friends.

The sale does not affect Hubers vineyard and orchard that is separated from the farm.
