PHOENIX – A California woman and her ex-band have been sentenced to More than a year in federal prison to defraud Phoenix area homeowners, while a resident of Arizona will earn probation.
A federal judge sentenced Monday the 47-year-old Kelsey Powell of Lemon Grove, California; 53-year-old Michael Powell from Wellsville, Ohio; and Rachel Ellerbrock from Gilbert, Arizona.
Powells and Ellerbrock used to be guilty of conspiracy to commit money laundering to abuse $ 1[ads1].2 million in stolen HOA fees.

Harlow White – father of Kelsey Powell and Rachel Ellerbrock – serving a 15 month prison period and must pay nearly $ 292,000 in rest.
Formerly president and CEO of a real estate management company, White included HOAs throughout the Phoenix subway.
The Powells and Ellerbrock held leadership roles.
