TOKYO (Reuters) – One Internal probe at Nissan Motor Co has determined that CEO Hiroto Saikawa and several other executives had received excess stock-related compensation in violation of the company's rules, a source said Thursday.

The source, who has direct knowledge of the case, said that the abuse was revealed at a meeting of the Nissan Audit Committee a day earlier. Nissan's board will meet later this month and consider disciplinary action, the source said, and declines to be identified because the information is not public.
