Mother suspected of human trafficking after boarding a plane from Southwest with her daughter

Two Denver police officers, accompanied by a Southwest Airlines chief, were there to investigate a report of possible human trafficking, according to a police report. A flight attendant, the report said, believed that MacCarthy and her daughter had behaved strangely on the plane and that their behavior required an investigation. MacCarthy is white and her daughter is black.
