Ken Griffin is a globe-trot house collector who also owns a $ 58.75 million apartment in Chicago; a $ 60 million penthouse at the Faena House in Miami; $ 250 million land to build a Palm Beach compound and one $ 122 million London mansions.

Starchitect Robert AM Stern once told the post that Roth was personally involved in all aspects of the building's design.

Like a private club, the limestone building has private dining rooms along with a sports club, juice bar, library, and basketball court.

While most buyers are still under cover, Griffins new neighbors – when the building is in occupancy – include Sting and Trudie Styler, as The Post previously reported.

Griffin unit is a massive 24,000 square feet and takes up four floors r – from 50 to 53 floor of the building.
