More than a dozen American Airlines passengers on return from Ecuador




BOSTON, Mass. – An authority in the Massachusetts Port Authority said that 16 people on an incoming flight to Logan International Airport were transported to a hospital by Boston Emergency Medical Services after landing on Sunday morning.

Boston EMS said it responded to Logan Airport at about 9:20 with several units and transported passengers to Massachusetts General Hospital.

The American airline, which comes from Miami, landed in Boston at. 10:12.

An American Airlines spokesman said they were transported as part of a school group. One person who said they were part of the group, told the WCVB ABC5 group visited the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador before arriving in Miami.
