More than 35,000 pounds of chicken frozen rice recalled

WASHINGTON – Choice Canning Company, Inc., of Pennsylvania, remembers 35,459 pounds of chicken-frozen rice products.

According to the US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), the recall is because the products were labeled incorrectly and sorting allergens.

The products were made from February, 13, 2019 to February, 19, 2019 and were sent to California, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.

FSIS found out about the problem during a routine check on Monday.
