A 5-year-old boy in Michigan attempted to satisfy his fast food line by calling the only number he could on a disabled cell phone: 911.
When the transmitter answered Iziah Hall's call early on Sunday morning, the local station reported WZZM- TV, he explained his emergency.
"Can you bring me McDonald's?" he asked.
Dispatcher Sara Kuberski said she could not but contacted police officer Dan Patterson.
"I laugh at myself … 5-year-old calls shipping and orders McDonald's," Patterson told WZZM.
The officer drove to Iziah's home in Wyoming for a welfare check, and decided to stop at a McDonald's along the way to order food for the boy. Emergency aid: Boy with autism calling 911 for teddy bear & # 39; rescue & # 39;
