Mark Fisher says the worst is over in crude oil and it's time to buy

"The worst is over the crude oil side. In natural gas there is someone who guess what can happen," Fisher said in an interview with CNBC's "Squawk Box".

Natural gas has increased almost 60 percent over the last two months as colder than expected weather falls on much of the United States. It burns the demand for heating at a time when the country goes into winter with the lowest natural gas levels stored for over decades.

Fisher predicted in the summer of 2017 that investors would see a series of uneven hot winters break in next year or two and that natural gas prices would shoot at $ 4 or $ 5 per mmBtu.
