Mallinckrodt -23% because it reportedly loses restructuring companies – Mallinckrodt plc (NYSE: MNK)
Mallinckrodt (NYSE: MNK) has dropped 23.3% after hours after Bloomberg reported the company's hired companies to explore restructuring.
The company has employed Latham & Watkins as a law firm and AlixPartners as consultants to advise on potential costs from thousands of opioid lawsuits.
It may consider bankruptcy if the liabilities are not manageable, according to the report.
