EVERETT (AP) – A class action lawsuit claims Encore Boston Harbor by infidel gamblers out of their winnings as state regulators reveal the new casino's first week's earnings.
The success of New York resident Richard Schuster says the Everett casino pays less for certain winning hands at blackjack and rounding out payouts from slot machines.
Wynn Resorts responds to its operating procedures approved by state gambling regulators and follows state regulations.
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission says it's going through the case.
On Monday, the Commission reported that the casino raked in nearly $ 17 million in gambling revenues in its first week's opening. In contrast, MGM Springfield reported $ 20 million, and Plainridge Park Castle Park reported $ 13.5 million in gambling revenues throughout June.
