By CCN: Billions Elon Musk is in the midst of raising $ 2.7 billion in fresh capital from the market through a variety of stocks. So now it would be a very bad time for someone on the company to get out of Tesla and say something that is not to Musk's taste.
̵1; Squawk Box (@SquawkCNBC) May 2, 2019 This is probably why Tesla's security group sent a strict warning to employees in Thursday, telling them to keep their mouths shut or they will be in trouble.
Tesla wants employees to shush
According to the email Tesla shared with CNBC, the company has a goal in the back. The e-mail says:
"As a result of our success, we will continue to see an interest from people who want to do something to see us, fail. This includes people who are actively seeking proprietary information for their own profit, aimed at Tesla employees through personal networks or on social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter. "
But recent news from Tesla indicates that the company has been anything but successful. Weak delivery numbers, logistics problems and problems with the self-driving function that have led to deaths do not provide good PR.

It seems that it would be best if such problems are swept under the rug so that that Elon Musk can capture more of investor capital and carry out his big plan to change the world. And what is the best way to do that? Remind your employees of the problems they will face if they leave the queue.
"These calls are not only potentially harmful to our company, they can also be illegal, and put you and your colleagues / friends at risk of dismissal or even the possibility of criminal charges."
Talk and look at music
The internal e-mail listed a number of actions Tesla has taken against poor employees in late times. From termination to prosecution to crime charges, it has used several weapons to ensure that Elon Musk can drive a dense ship.
In short, problems at Tesla should not come out in the public spotlight. Tesla has let its employees know without serious words about the serious consequences they may face if they leak out confidential or proprietary information.
There is really nothing wrong with having such a policy in place. But Elon Musk has been known to have a tough relationship with those who work at Tesla. From the alleged threatening to "nuke" a former employee attempting to destroy a whistleblower that revealed toxic working conditions at Gigafactory, Elon Musk has gone a long way to ensuring that Tesla is not painted in low light.
In fact, Elon Musk approves every employee employed by Tesla. There have been reports that the company is also spying on its employees.
Tesla is at a critical time where it is looking to raise money so that it can get its house in order and finally achieve Elon Musk's dream of a $ 500 billion market lure. So he could do without the disturbance of an annoying employee complaining about working conditions.
