JPMorgan’s Dimon warns unvaccinated New York employees could be fired
“If you are not going to get waxed, you will not be able to work in that office. We are not going to pay you not to work in that office,” Dimon said. “We want people to get vaccinated.”
Last week, Citigroup Inc said that employees in the United States who had not been vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 14 would be on unpaid leave and fired at the end of the month unless they were granted a waiver.
Asked about a possible hybrid work policy in the future where employees divide their time between home and office, Dimon said: “We do not need to answer this right away.”
