Job report, consumer credit, Levi Strauss income top week ahead




Investors will have a break on Monday as the New York Stock Exchange will be closed under the Fourth of July holiday. While the coming week will be easy for earnings, Wall Street will be focused on the latest jobs and consumer-related data.

On Friday, the stocks jumped between losses and gains, and finally closed higher above the entire line of momentum that picked up in the last hour of trading. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 321[ads1].83 points, or 1.05%, to 31,097.26. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and Nasdaq composites rose 1.04% and 0.9%, respectively.
