Income investments: Get ready for another cash wave in May – 6% to 9% return
Looking for more cash flow in May? "Don't worry, be happy." There are waves of high return cash payouts that will get you next month. May is the second month in February / May / August / November. Payment cycle for many of the companies we cover in our articles.
Nine of 10 of these companies are in the Basic Materials sector – mainly midstream operators, but there is also a royalty company, Black Stone Minerals LP (BSM), and a leading low cost producer of soda, Ciner Resources LP (CINR) , in addition to an LNG service provider, Hoegh LNG Partners LP (HMLP), specializing in FSRU vessels.
The three largest markets Caps companies on the list are Enterprise Products Partners LP (EPD), with a market capital of USD 64B, 201[ads1]8 consolidated Energy Transfer LP (ET), with a market price of 40BB, and MPLX LP (MPLX) , with a $ 26B
The rest of the group's market caps run from Phillips 66 Partners LP (PSXP), at $ 6B, DCP Midstream LP (DCP), to $ 4.5B, novice Hess Midstream Partners LP (HESM), to $ 1.2B, ~ $ 811 million for Delek Logistic Partners LP, (DKL) and ~ $ 487M for CINR:

We collect this distribution calendar for the Group, which has virtually previous distribution dates and payment dates. The majority of these dates are approximate, as most of these companies have not yet announced their upcoming May distributions.
So far, EPD and PSXP have announced their distributions, ex-dividend date and pay dates. PSXP has 22 tours since IPO.
The rest of the announcements would come out in the next few days.
In addition, some of these companies have increased their payments every quarter, so we will probably see higher payouts than those listed here.
In particular, DKL and MPLX both have 24 straight trips, while beginner HESM has five straight increments, and has managed to 15% distribution growth in 2019.
