In-N-Out Burger one step closer to launch in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The In-N-Out Burger contractors have signed a two-piece deal to get the ball rolling in the Colorado Springs locations.

According to a press release, Westside Investment Partners, Inc. announced the new location will be built on the site near Victory Ridge in Colorado Springs. The 21.9-acre package lot is located at the corner of the Interquest Parkway and Federal Boulevard. In addition, the plans show that the restaurant will sit in the hard corner of Interquest and Voyager Parkways.

The purchase marks the very first Colorado location for the California-based hamburger chain. CBERS Patrick Kerscher, Whitney Johnson and Jon Weisiger represented Westside in the sale.

"This is one day that In-N-Out authors here in Colorado have been waiting for, and we are ecstatic that In-N-Out chose Victory Ridge to put down roots in Colorado," Andrew Klein, a principal said. with Westside, who acquired the overall Victory Ridge project in late 2016.

Otis Moore, also a director with Westside, added: "That In N-Out team chose North Colorado Springs to mark the entry into the Colorado market is a proof of the dynamic growth that occurs in this corridor. "

In-N-Out Burger announced plans for its first Colorado location to join Westside's Victory Ridge in late 2017.

The distribution center will be built on the north side of Colorado Springs at InterQuest and Voyager parkways.
