“I thought we were fired,” Tweet said. CEO Parag Agrawal replied

The Twitter boss explained that his team and he were still in the company.
New Delhi:
Following Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk̵[ads1]7;s hostile takeover of Twitter in a $ 44 billion cash deal, the internet is rife with speculation about what lies ahead for the newly appointed CEO Parag Agrawal. However, Agrawal seems confident in its future in the company. At least that’s what he seems to be trying to project through responses to tweets about the problem.
On Twitter user Suhail’s empathetic post regarding CEO of Indian descent previous plans for the social media giant, Agrawal indicated that there was no cause for concern, and “what matters most is the service and the people who improve it”.
“I sympathize with the current CEO of Twitter (@paraga) – he had all these plans and now lives with the same uncertainty as his entire team,” Suhail said on Twitter.
The Twitter boss responded with thanks and seemed to dismiss the concern.
“Thank you, but do not feel sorry for me. What matters most is the service and the people who improve it,” he said.
Thanks, but do not feel with me. What matters most is the service and the people who improve it.

Mr Agrawal had last night laid out his vision for the company before taking over the top job and expressing pride in his colleagues who continue to work “with focus and urgency despite the noise”.
“I took this job to change Twitter for the better, set the course right where we need to, and strengthen the service. Proud of our people who continue to do the job with focus and urgency despite the noise,” he tweeted.
A parody account named “not Parag Agrawal” responded with “I thought we were fired”. The Twitter boss then clarified that his team and he were still there.
“No! We’re still here,” he said.
No! we are still here

Shortly after Musk’s successful offer to buy Twitter, former microblogging CEO Jack Dorsey had dropped a series of tweets, suggesting he supports the move. He said Elon Musk was the “unique solution” he trusted to “take it back from Wall Street and the advertising model”.
Elon’s goal of creating a platform that is “maximally reliable and broadly inclusive” is the right one. This is too @paragahis goal and why I chose him. Thank you both for getting the company out of an impossible situation. This is the right way … I believe it with all my heart.

He said Musk’s goal of creating a platform that is “maximally reliable and broadly inclusive” is the right one and is shared by Parag Agrawal, which is why he chose him as his replacement.
