I cooked with impossible burger meat at home – here I learned

There are many non-beef burgers out there – turkey burgers and bean burgers and salmon burgers, and it has been for decades.

By 2019, society was ready for the much hyped Impossible Burger.

More than just pre-formed veggie chops, the Impossible Foods "beef" layer is a verisimilitude of actual ground beef. And that means that, unlike veggie burgers before it, the impossible burger should be prepared as ground beef.

With that in mind, I set Sunday afternoon to make spaghetti with "meat sauce" for dinner.
