Hy-Vee remembers cheesecake that may be contaminated with salmonella.
On Friday, the Iowa-based grocery chain announced that it was recalling the cheesecake made by Diamond Crystal Brands cheesecake mixed with "best if used by" dates between December 6, 2018 and January 11, 2019.
Voluntary recall Includes 32 varieties of cheesecake in 8-ounce and 32-ounce plastic containers. Variants include cherry, oreo, pumpkin fluff, strawberry, mint, turtle, flag, mint chip bettercreme, strawberry bettercreme, lemon bettercreme, pumpkin bettercreme, chocolate bettercreme, sea salt caramel bettercreme, golden oreo bettercreme, oreo bettercreme, golden oreo bettercreme, oreo bettercreme, golden oreo bettercreme, oreo bettercreme and golden better creme.
The recalled cheesecakes were sent to 1[ads1]17 of Hy-Vees 249 food stores across the region. Stores have been told to remove the products from the shelves.
