Huawei does not tend to be guilty of stealing US trade secrets
Huawei is accused of 10 separate charges, including conspiracy to steal trade secrets, attempted to theft of trade secrets, fraud and the prevention of justice. According to prosecutors, Huawei stole business secrets from T-Mobile. The prices are mainly due to a 2013 event where Huawei engineers reportedly took pictures and measurements of one of T-Mobile's phone testing robots, called Tappy. Huawei used this information to improve his own robot. In addition to the ongoing trade secret case, Huawei is also accused of 13 charges related to sanction violations. The company's finance director, Meng Wanzhou, is wanted in the United States for scams and is currently held in Canada. An extradition hearing for her case is scheduled for Friday.
