(WHAM) – Some areas called in 2019 with high wind speed, power outages and even some minor damage.
Starting Tuesday morning, RG & E reports that more than 3,000 customers are out of power. It includes more than 1800 in Monroe County, and more than 1,000 customers in Ontario County.
National Grid also reports failure in the southern part of Monroe County, and Livingston County.
NYSEG reports that there are more than 2,000 customers without power in Wayne County, and over 600 customers are out of power in Ontario County.
At one point, Monroe County had reported over 10,000 outbreaks.
The wind also meant that some trees and wires went down in certain areas. In Webster, wires burned on Holt Road, near Orchard Road.
In Rochester, a tree was down on Penhurst Street, off Thurston Road.
This is a developing story. 13WHAM will provide updates on wind damage and power outages as they become available.
