PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. ̵
New retailers report Port St. Lucie police say the fast food refused the trade and Anthony Andrew Gallagher drove off, just to come back a short while later. The police arrested him Sunday because of marijuana possession and driving under the influence.
Police were notified Gallaghers offer early Sunday morning and received a description of him from the worker. They say that a suspect who matched his description went through the station – a moment later, and the police approached.
It is unclear whether Gallagher attempted to pay for his order with drugs for the second time. It is also unclear whether he has a lawyer.
