ViiV Healthcare harnesses the power of mothers in its latest campaign.
The “Mother to Son” campaign, which debuts today, highlights the “essential” support of mother figures — mothers, tias, abuelas and others — for their black and Latino gay, bisexual, trans and queer sons.
A digital gallery of photos of mothers and sons, along with video interviews, is on the campaign website and will post in smaller formats on social media channels throughout the year. A downloadable “look book” available in English and Spanish versions spotlights the couples and their different relationships, while offering a discussion guide for conversations.
