TOKYO (Kyodo) – Former Chairman of Nissan Motor Co. Carlos Ghosn's first hearing will take place as early as March, his lawyer said Thursday.
Ghosn was arrested in November last year and is facing a lawsuit for allegedly underreporting his remuneration and diverting corporate assets to an investment firm he effectively owns.
