Endeavor Setter Stage for the end of 2019 IPO

Endeavor LLC, the international entertainment and marketing company that owns Hollywood's largest talent agency and the Ultimate Fighting Championship league, kicks off its plans for a first public high-end offering.

The company, once known as William Morris, has or will post confidential paperwork for an IPO, according to people familiar with the case. That would put the Hollywood conglomerate on the right track to hit the public markets by the end of this year.
