Disney Cruise requires children to be vaccinated

Disney Cruise Line will require children ages five and up to be vaccinated before sailing after January 13. The mandate is an extension of one that already exists for the cruise line, where it requires that all vaccine-eligible guests are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Those who are not qualified due to age must have proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken between three days and 24 hours after the sailing date. Children between the ages of five and 11 can complete testing instead of being vaccinated before sailings departing on 13 January. Guests aged four and under must complete the test. Rapid antigen tests will not be accepted. “When we set sail again, the health and safety of our guests, cast members and crew members is a top priority. Our focus is still on operating our ships in a responsible way that continues to create magic for everyone on board, says Disney on their cruiseline website.
