Customs hike for MTA bridges, tunnels enter into force

A customs trip went into effect on Sunday morning for MTA bridges and tunnels.
E-ZPass users crossing the Verrazzano bridge will now issue $ 12.24. It costs $ 11.52.
If you don't have an E-ZPass, you have to pay $ 19.

Customs on all other major MTA crossings has jumped from $ 5.76 to $ 6.12 for drivers using E-ZPass.
It now costs $ 9.50 for non-E-ZPass customers.
