Costco, T-Mobile, Apple among best jobs with brightest futures
Comparably.com asked women about compensation, challenged at work, received valuable feedback and other workplace issues. Here are some of the companies that made their lists of best places for women to work.

Having looked at nearly 10 million rankings from employees of over 50,000 companies, Comparably.com has identified the 50 largest and small companies that have the brightest futures, according to workers.
Comparable found Employees of the following companies were the most optimistic for the coming year: software development firm HubSpot, automation provider UiPath and software company Workfront.
"If you look at the big company lists, you see they are running toward using AI, automation and machine learning," said Jason Nazar, CEO and founder of comparable. "The core business is in the forefront of a technology industry that is changing enormously . "

For employees employed in small ell are medium-sized businesses with fewer than 500 employees, working with the best prospects is Highspot, a cloud-based sales platform; SendGrid, a customer communication platform; and Operation, a marketing company.

Methodology
Comparative values are derived from ratings provided by employees who anonymously assessed their employers on Comparably.com between March 8, 2018 and March 8, 2019. There were no fees or charges associated with participating, and no nomination was required either. The final dataset was collected from nearly 10 million reviews over 50,000 US companies. To qualify, large companies (over 500 employees) must have at least 50 employees and small / medium-sized enterprises (fewer than 500 employees) must have at least 15 employees. Additional emphasis was given to companies with more participation from their employees.
